We're making it easier to access our waste and recycling services online. Before you request a service or report an issue, you'll be asked to create a free and secure account (called 'My Account') with us.
This account will give you quick access to all your waste and recycling information in one place.
Setting up your account will only take a few minutes and will help you manage everything more efficiently.
If you need support, you can visit your local Digital Hub. They will help you get online with free use of computers or laptops. They can also provide one-to-one support from a Tech Mate volunteer if you would like help to access the waste and recycling services.
