Digital Switchover

The network that's been powering landline calls is due for an upgrade, and if you're a landlord, business, community group or resident, you may be impacted.

Events

If you need some guidance, join us in June to get advice on the digital switchover from BT, EE, and PlusNet. Residents can come along and find out more about the switchover.   At City Hall  representatives from Sunderland Care and Support, and the Smart Cities Team will be on hand to ensure that no one and nowhere is left behind.

Leaflets and Posters

To spread the word and raise awareness about the digital switchover you can download a flyer which explains about the Digital Switchover, what the benefits are and what you should ask your telephone provider, and a poster which warns about criminals scamming people.
