Pay policy statement

This Pay Policy Statement has been produced having regard to Government Guidance issued under section 38 of the Localism Act 2011.

The policy is subject to annual review and must be approved by full Council for each financial year from 2012-13 onwards. It will be published on the Council's website as soon as reasonably practicable after approval or amendment.
