Help us Improve

We need people like you to try out new websites, apps and other products to make sure they work for people.

How does it work?

1. Sign up to become a member of our user group
2. We'll match you to any opportunities that come in where you fit the criteria
3. When a feedback session becomes available, you'll receive an invite asking if you want to take part in it

Examples of things you might be asked to take part in:

• Trying out new websites and apps
• Answering questions over email or telephone
• Visiting our lab and giving feedback on new products
• Talking to a researcher about a specific topic/experience

To join up and help, you must be at least 18 years old. You don't need to be good with computers to take part.

You're under no obligation to take part in any studies whatsoever and you can ask to be removed from our user group at any point.
