The Council are currently consulting on the International Advanced Manufacturing Park Area Action Plan.

The New IAMP AAP

In July 2024 the Councils launched a consultation on a new IAMP AAP. Once adopted this will set out a new planning framework for the IAMP.

A consultation on the first draft stage of the IAMP AAP (Regulation 18) launched on Monday 29 July 2024 and will close at 5pm on Monday 23rd September 2024. A copy of the draft document is provided below.

All representations should be received by 5pm on Monday 23 September 2024 and submitted  to planningpolicy@sunderland.gov.uk or by letter to the Planning Policy Team, Sunderland City Council, Sunderland City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA.
