Children and education
Together for Children delivers children's services on behalf of Sunderland City Council, provide early help for families, social care services and education services.
- Early Help: targeted support to children, young people and families as soon as they are identified as being in need of help and support
- Social Care: social care services and support to children in need of help and protection.
- Education: supporting schools with curriculum development and school leadership as well as providing support and challenge for school improvement and effectiveness. Making sure effective services are delivered for children with disabilities and their families and support for children with additional needs. Home to school transport and Governor support.
