Aim 

This qualification provides learners with a range of underpinning knowledge in both generic and specialist cleaning principles and gain the skills required to work in the cleaning sector.

Working with customers and others in cleaning and support services industry 
Dealing with routine and non-routine waste 
Health and Safety for the cleaning and support services industry 
Cleaning of food areas

 Progression 

Level 2 Certificate in cleaning knowledge and skills 
Level 3 Diploma in cleaning supervision skills 
Employment in the cleaning industry
