Planned System Maintenance - Limited Service

Sunderland City Council will be carrying out planned system maintenance from 12 noon on Friday 5th June until 7am on Tuesday 9th June. During this period, we will only be able to respond to urgent enquiries. If your enquiry is not urgent, please contact us before or after these times when full services will be available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Useful contacts

  • For Emergency services call 999 and ask for the police, an ambulance or the fire service
  • To report crime and other concerns that do not require an emergency response, please call 101
  • Report a hate crime to Sunderland City Council here. For an emergency response contact the emergency services or report online at Northumbria Police
  • The NHS 111 service is a free, non-emergency medical telephone helpline available in England, Scotland, and Wales. It's designed to provide quick medical advice and direct you to the appropriate healthcare service when you need urgent help but it's not a life-threatening situation. Call 111
