Integrated Care Strategy

The NHS, local authorities and the community, voluntary and social enterprise sectors (VCSE) have come together to develop a plan to improve heath and care in the North East and North Cumbria.

The better health and wellbeing for all plan sets out how organisations will work together to reduce inequalities, improve experiences of health and care services and improve the health and wellbeing of people living and working in the region by 2030 and beyond.
