Pay a civil penalty

You have received a final notice under the Housing and Planning Act 2016 in lieu of a criminal prosecution under the Housing Act 2004. To pay this notice please click on the following link Pay housing renewal fees (opens new window) to take you to the payment page and select the option entitled "Civil Penalty Payment".

You need to enter the reference number located underneath your address on the final notice in the field on the payment screen entitled Name / Ref. Do not enter your name, you must enter the reference as stated on the final notice. Then enter the rest of your details as indicated. Your rights to appeal this final notice are set out within the notice and must be made within 28 days of the date the final notice was issued.
