Sunderland Libraries Service launch Summer Reading Challenge 2019

This year's theme is "Space Chase" inspired by the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing. Children taking part in the Challenge will help our super space family, The Rockets, as they track down books nabbed by mischievous aliens!

Blast off is scheduled for Saturday 13 July 2019.

City Library & Washington Town Centre Library will have special space themed craft activities on Tuesdays & Thursdays 2.30-3.30pm and Houghton Library has craft activities on Wednesdays and Fridays during the school summer holidays.
