5 Year Housing Land Supply

In accordance with paragraph 78 of the National Planning Policy Framework, Sunderland City Council are required to identify and update annually a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide a minimum of five years' worth of housing against their housing requirement.  

The Council can demonstrate a five-year land supply of 5.2 years from 24/25- 28/29 against the five-year housing land requirement.
