Private landlord forum

Sunderland City Council aims to have a positive relationship with private sector landlords and lettings agents.

To ensure that we reach a wide range of landlords we have partnered with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) to deliver webinars on a quarterly basis. These events take place online and are open to everyone with an interest or stake holding in the private rented sector within Sunderland. You don't have to be an NRLA member to join these events.

The webinars are an open forum for asking questions to the NRLA and council representatives, as well as hearing from speakers on a range of topics.
