Planned System Maintenance - Limited Service

Sunderland City Council will be carrying out planned system maintenance from 12 noon on Friday 5th June until 7am on Tuesday 9th June. During this period, we will only be able to respond to urgent enquiries. If your enquiry is not urgent, please contact us before or after these times when full services will be available. Brownfield Land Register

The Brownfield Land Register is a schedule of those previously developed 'brownfield' sites that have been assessed to be suitable, available and potentially achievable for housing development within the next 15 years.

Sunderland City Council has not at the present time proposed granting planning 'Permission in Principle' (Part 2) for any of the sites included on the Brownfield Land Register.
