Planned System Maintenance - Limited Service

Sunderland City Council will be carrying out planned system maintenance from 12 noon on Friday 5th June until 7am on Tuesday 9th June. During this period, we will only be able to respond to urgent enquiries. If your enquiry is not urgent, please contact us before or after these times when full services will be available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Billing

You will be billed annually for your allotment plot with invoices being sent out on the 1st April each year, this will be for the year ahead.

If you are a new tenant, your bill will be sent out on the first April following the commencement of your tenancy. This first invoice will consist of a full years rent for the year ahead as well as any fees due from the previous year of your tenancy (where your tenancy was started mid-way through the year).

If you are eligible to pay water bills for your plot, then these will be sent out in April for the previous year.
