Report rats seen in an open public space

If you see a rat in an open public space (such as in a park or on a grass verge etc.) please report it to us on our online booking form by selecting Rats on open land so that we can investigate and treat as necessary.

You won't be charged for booking a pest control visit and you won't be asked to book an appointment.

The information you provide will be used to support our treatment plans across the city.
