Memorial trees

Memorial trees are available in a selected number of cemeteries within the city.

Families have the option to purchase a memorial tree lease for a period of ten years or lease in perpetuity (perpetuity being defined as the natural life of the tree).

Included in the lease purchase is a memorial plaque which can be inscribed with the details of family members, as well as a personalisation area in which flowers can be placed.

At the end of the initial period, the current lease holder has the option to extend the term. Details about this can be found in the conditions of sponsorship.
