The Council are consulting on a Draft Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document - Scoping Report.The consultation closes at 5pm on Monday 3 February 2025.

We welcome your views. All representations should be made in writing to planningpolicy@sunderland.gov.uk or Planning Policy Team, Sunderland City Council, Sunderland City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA.

Copies of the Scoping Report have also been made available to view at Sunderland City Hall.

All representations received will be taken into consideration in drafting the updated Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document, alongside any changes to national policy and guidance.
