Change of circumstances
The holder of a premises licence must, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify us of any change to his or her name or address as stated in their premises licence.
Application evaluation process
The notification must be made in writing and must be accompanied by the premises licence or, if that is not possible, a statement outlining the reasons why you have failed to provide the licence.
Application fee
The application fee for a replacement premises licence due to notification of change of name or address is £10.50

alternatively you can inform us about a change in writing. Your completed letter and Premise Licence should be enclosed and can be sent to:

Will "tacit consent" apply?
Tacit consent may be available for this application.
Our target completion period for processing applications is five working days from the time you have submitted all required documentation.
